Paintings currently on show

I am currently showing in three exhibitions in the region.  All the paintings were completed within the last year and most of them were completed within the last couple of months.  The first is at The Lime Tree Gallery, Long Melford as part of their Summer Exhibition which will end on 15th August 2012, where the paintings below are displayed.

All Saints Church from Alresford Creek II, Oil on Board, 4.5 x 13.5in, £420

All Saints from Alresford Creek I 5 x 10in, Oil on Board, £400 SOLD

Cows at Dedham, Oil on Board 5 x 14in, £420 SOLD

Evening Glow Yellow Field Mersea, Oil on Board, 9 x 9in, £440

Flooded Footpath - Dedham, Oil on Board, 5 x 13.5in, £420
This painting was previously exhibited at the Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize exhibition
at London's Mall Galleries.

Sunlit Tree, Oil on Board, 10 x 4.5in, £400

Sunset over the Strood - West Mersea, Oil on Board, 9 x 9in, £440 SOLD

The River Stour at Dedham, Oil on Board, 4.5 x 9.5in, £400

I am also showing as part of an exhibition called 'Beside the Seaside' at the Island Artcafe.  I have three paintings in this exhibition and they are shown below.  As you can see I have focussed on the sky for each of these studies as there is always something different Mersea has to offer.  The show runs until the end of August.

Low light - Mersea Island, Oil on board, 10 x 8in, £460

Sun light over Mersea Beach, Oil on Board, 10 x 8in, £460

Sunset by the Sea wall, Oil on Board, 4.5 x 11.5in approx. £410

The final place I am exhibiting is at the Llewellyn Alexander Gallery, Waterloo, London as part of their 'Not the Royal Academy' show.  I have shown at this exhibition for a number of years and it is a great gallery with so many paintings on the walls and stacked up - a great atmosphere.  The show runs until the 18th August 2012.

Embankment 10 x 8 in £460

Sunset - West Mersea 10 x 8in £460 SOLD
